What data we collect

• Account information — your name and email address, provided via Google sign-in when you create an account or make a purchase.
• Course progress — which lessons you have completed, so you can pick up where you left off.
• First paid-content access — the date and time you first open paid content on a purchase, meaning the first time you open a paid lesson or use the button that opens or downloads a reading pack. We keep this for three reasons only: access security, deciding refund eligibility, and answering support questions about a purchase. We record the first time only — we do not collect watch duration, how far through a video you are, or any detailed viewing history for this purpose, and opening the same content again is not recorded.
• Payment metadata — purchase records (item, amount, status, payment method type such as card or Easypaisa, and gateway transaction reference). Your card and account details are handled entirely by PayFast, our licensed payment processor, and never touch our servers.
• Mobile number — collected on the checkout page because PayFast requires a mobile number to process a payment. We accept it as either 03XXXXXXXXX or 923XXXXXXXXX and store it in a single normalised local format. It is kept with that individual purchase record only — not on your account, and not carried over to a later order — and is shared with PayFast solely to process that payment and to support the transaction (for example resolving a failed or disputed payment). We do not use it for marketing, we do not send promotional messages to it, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Third-party services we use

• Neon — hosts our database.
• Bunny Stream and Bunny Storage — host paid video and downloadable documents.
• Google OAuth — powers account sign-in.
• YouTube Data API — powers our free course content and video listings.
• PayFast — processes payments. It receives the mobile number and email address you give at checkout, together with the order amount and reference, so that it can take and support the payment.

Service delivery

All course access is delivered digitally. Once a payment is confirmed by PayFast, access to the purchased course is granted immediately — there is no physical shipping involved. If you believe you've paid but haven't received access, email access@csswithacsp.com and we'll sort it out.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
