CSS Academy(csswithacsp.com) is an online exam-preparation service for Pakistan's CSS competitive examination, operated as a sole proprietorship registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and based in Lahore, Pakistan.

What we provide. Video courses, reading packs, magazines, articles, past-paper solutions and practice tests for CSS aspirants. Some material is free and requires no account. Paid material requires a Google account and a completed purchase.

Delivery. All products are digital. Access is granted once payment is confirmed and is delivered entirely through this website — there is no physical shipment. Video lessons stream in the browser. Downloadable materials are available from within the relevant course. Magazines and reading packs are delivered as online-viewable documents.

Access period. Course access is a one-time purchase valid through the upcoming CSS written examination cycle — there is no auto-renewing billing. Reading packs and magazines carry their own access period, stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Free content is available indefinitely and requires no account.

Before you buy. Every paid course includes at least one free trial lesson. We recommend watching it before purchasing.

Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Return / Refund Policy: you may request a refund within 72 hours of your payment succeeding, provided you have not opened the paid content — that means using the button that opens or downloads a reading pack, or opening a paid lesson. Browsing the site and watching the free trial lessons never affect your refund. Email access@csswithacsp.com from the address used to make the purchase; every request is reviewed by a person. We refund regardless of that window if you were charged twice, if delivery or access failed and could not be fixed, or if the content is materially defective, incorrect or misdescribed. Purchases made before 13 August 2026 keep the 3-day terms they were sold under.

Pricing and currency. All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes.

Changes. Course content is updated between examination cycles. Material changes to this policy will be published on this page.
