Return / Refund Policy

Digital products only

Everything sold on CSS Academy — course access, reading packs, magazines — is digital. No physical goods are shipped, so there is nothing to return.

Refund window

You may request a refund within 72 hours of your payment succeeding, provided you have not opened the paid content.

What counts as opening the paid content

Exactly two things count:

• Reading packs — using the button that opens or downloads the file you bought.
• Courses — opening a paid lesson.

Nothing else counts. Browsing the site, reading a course page, and watching the free trial lessons are all fine and never affect your refund. We record only the first time you open paid content — we do not track how long you watch, or how far through anything you get.

When we refund anyway

These are outside the 72-hour rule and outside the opened-content rule. Contact us and we will put it right:

• You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• Payment was taken and delivery or access failed and could not be fixed.
• The content is materially defective, incorrect, or not what it was described as.

Purchases made before 13 August 2026

Anything bought before this policy took effect keeps the terms it was sold under: a 3-day refund window from the purchase date, with no condition about opening the content. This change is not applied backwards.

How to request a refund

Email access@csswithacsp.com from the address you used to purchase, with your order details. Every request is reviewed by a person — refunds are not automatic — and we’ll confirm eligibility and next steps by email.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via PayFast within 7-10 business days.
